Full Time Project Supervisor, Engineering Jobs, in MAMEE-DOUBLE DECKER DISTRIBUTION (M) SDN. BHD. - Ricebowl

Job Description :

1. To understand project scope, schedule and deliverables expectation and be able to
ensure appointed vendors are executing project as planned

2. To assist engineers in ensuring projects scope are delivered accordingly

3. Ensuring a good upkeep of the project sites at any point of time project being
executed.

4. Assist engineers with project scheduling and planning to minimize operation
interruption during project execution

5. Develop project “punch list” and communicate with engineers for findings closure
efficiently and effectively

6. Provide knowledge, guidance, experience and skills to all stakeholders in ensuring
smooth projects execution

7. Attend daily project review meeting with engineers to update project progress of
actual vs scheduled, project challenges of that day and to report any safety and GMP
non-compliance during project execution.

8. Provide inputs to engineers and other stakeholders for any opportunity in minimizing
project overall cost, reducing projects execution duration in minimizing plant
stoppages / downtime

9. Assist engineers in evaluating and identifying critical spare parts for new equipment

Job Requirements

1.Degree / Diploma / Technical Certificate in Industrial / Mechatronic / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

2.Work experience in manufacturing environment. Project management involvement is an added advantage

3.More than 5 years in contractors / vendors supervisory role

4.English fluency, both written and spoken

5.Able to use AutCAD / GStar-CAD

6.Bahasa Malaysia

7.English

8.Must be able to work odd working days as and when needed.
