  • Target-Driven Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruitment process to meet hiring goals for various departments.
  • Channel Innovation: Actively explore and maintain diverse recruitment channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Social Media, Campus, etc.) and optimize channel efficiency.
  • Talent Selection: Conduct professional interviews and assessments to ensure a high level of competency and cultural fit.
  • Campus Excellence: Manage full-cycle campus recruitment programs and university relations to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • HRBP Assistance: Provide administrative and operational support to HRBPs in areas like employee training, performance management, and local employee relations.
  • Data Insights: Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency.


Requirement

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations. Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) is required.
  3. Local Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  4. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken). Mandarin is essential for seamless communication with HQ; English is required for local candidate engagement.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and familiar with local job boards (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Hiredly).
  6. Core Competencies:
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Resilience: Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
