The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CSOC Associate to process client orders, support internal teams, and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily client orders accurately
Handle order-related requests from internal departments
Update clients on order status and manage expectations
Respond to client enquiries (phone & email) professionally
Maintain accurate data in internal systems
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
Support office operations (mail, scanning, filing, supplies, meeting rooms)
Perform clerical tasks, desk research, and ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements
F5/DSE graduate
1+ year in admin, customer service, or sales support
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English & Cantonese (written & spoken)
Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills
Detail-minded, flexible, independent, and a team player
Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
Willing to work overtime when needed
We also welcome less experienced candidates for a Trainee role.
