Job Description:
- Support the end-to-end coordination of L&D programmes and events, including training execution (pre-training, during training, and post-training)
- Assist in designing and developing learning materials (e.g. case studies, slides, visuals, and e-learning content)
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Portal and Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolment, attendance, and course content upkeep
- Craft newsletters and maintain communication channels with programme participants through different engagement touchpoints
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on the effectiveness and impact of both training and e-learning courses using surveys, assessments, and learning analytics
- Manage other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology or related fields
- Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with a strong learning mindset.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Canva), e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Learning Management Systems) copywriting, or storyboarding is a plus (training will be provided)
- Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)
