Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johore, Malaysia, for a Sales Support Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, responding to client inquiries efficiently, resolving customer complaints, and streamlining communication between clients and internal teams. The Sales Support Coordinator will also provide analytical support to optimize sales operations and drive overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive client experiences
- Proficient Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with both clients and internal teams
- Excellent Analytical Skills for improving sales operations and identifying opportunities for growth
- Skilled in Administrative Assistance, including maintaining accurate sales records and organizing sales-related tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Minimum diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
