Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in, update them on wait times, and direct them to the appropriate consultation rooms.
• Support doctors and nurses during patient examinations and routine procedures.
• Help prepare and dispense medications as required.
• Provide assistance during clinical procedures and ensure medical equipment is operated safely and properly.
• Answer incoming calls and address patient questions or concerns.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of medical supplies and medications.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-kept clinic environment.
• Perform other tasks as delegated by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum SPM/"O" Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with medical office software and patient management systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and precision.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willing to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as required).
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
