Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Assist with inquiries and troubleshooting
• Deliver excellent customer service experience

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
