We are looking for an Affiliate Operations talent to support affiliate campaigns within a fast-growing e-commerce/live commerce environment. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, creator management, and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate marketing campaigns and creator/KOL partnerships
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop Affiliate or Shopee Affiliate partners
• Track campaign performance, GMV, conversion, and affiliate results
• Communicate and negotiate with creators, influencers, and partners
• Support campaign planning, execution, and performance improvement
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth affiliate operations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, or creator management
• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate or Shopee Affiliate is preferred
• Familiar with creator ecosystem, affiliate campaigns, and GMV tracking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good English communication skills
