HMT Industries Hiring! Full Time Sales Coordinator in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

Job Scope:

• Assist in the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
• Prepares and then follow up on any sales quotation made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
• Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in calm and friendly manner.
• Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
• Assists in any administrative tasks
• Prepare quotations and customer documentation
• Coordinate samples, orders and shipment schedules
• Follow up production progress and delivery status
• Liaise with customers, sales team, production, warehouse and logistics departments
• Maintain sales records and ERP system updates
• Support daily sales administration activities
• Prepare weekly order and sales reports

Requirement:

• Good Computer skills (Ms Office)
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate who can speak & write in Mandarin an added advantage.
• Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma
• Must have minimum 2 years experience
• Experience in sales administration, export coordination, customer service or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Office applications
• Able to multitask and work under deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
