Work Location : PHN SHAH ALAM 2, SEKSYEN 28, SELANGOR

Requirements:

• Possess Relevant experience in logistic or warehouse .
• Proven at least 1 year working experience as supervisor level
• Strong leadership skills.
• Familiar with ERP system and basic computer literacy is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for plan, organize and control work order for delivery, warehousing and transport control.
• Collaborate with Sub-con and vendor regarding parts arrangement
• Perform proper incoming and receiving methods for the receiving section.
• Prepare and submit necessary report accordingly.
• participating in audit and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedure

Kelayakan:

• Mempunyai pengalaman berkaitan dalam bidang logistik atau pengurusan gudang.
• Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja sebagai penyelia.
• Mempunyai kemahiran kepimpinan yang baik.
• Mahir menggunakan sistem ERP serta mempunyai pengetahuan asas komputer adalah satu kelebihan.

Tanggungjawab:

• Bertanggungjawab merancang, menyusun dan mengawal kerja bagi penghantaran, penyimpanan stok dan kawalan pengangkutan.
• Bekerjasama dengan sub-kontraktor dan vendor berkaitan pengurusan alat ganti.
• Melaksanakan kaedah dan proses keluar masuk yang betul dan teratur.
• Menyediakan dan menghantar laporan yang diperlukan mengikut keperluan.
• Mengambil bahagian dalam aktiviti audit dan latihan.
• Memastikan pematuhan terhadap standard keselamatan dan prosedur syarikat.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
