• Supervise the preparation of restaurant operations by following procedures of work during set up and production time
• To promote goodwill by ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous through achieving daily planning of tasks received
• Process bills and money collection as per SOP and assist in clearing tables
• Check that food and beverage orders are taken by following SOP
• Fully aware of the knowledge of the menue in the outlet and understanding of ingredients used in all products
• Train service crew to fully understand the content, preparation, and presentation of all menu item
• Work closely and cooperate with other staff to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food items
• Assist in preparing sales, promotions, and discounts reports

Requirement :

- SPM or equivalent
-Minimum 1 years exp as supervisor
-Proven experience in managing restaurant
-Proven experience in managing a size of restaurant team that up to 10 people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
