Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized eCommerce Admin to support our affiliate and eCommerce operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination work, handling reports, communicating with affiliates/KOLs, and supporting online campaigns.
Job Description
- Recruit new affiliates and assist in managing affiliate relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for affiliates by handling inquiries and providing support
- Prepare and share marketing materials/resources with affiliates
- Monitor affiliate activities and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Track affiliate performance and assist in preparing reports
- Reconcile monthly affiliate sales reports
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign goals
- Process product sample requests accurately and on time
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce or affiliate marketing is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Able to multitask and follow timelines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
