Key Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards
• Ensure all rooms are in tip-top condition before releasing for guest check-in
• Pay special attention to VIP rooms, ensuring setup, amenities, and presentation meet required standards
• Check bed setup, bathroom condition, room amenities, and overall appearance
• Identify and report any housekeeping or maintenance issues promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping team to rectify any deficiencies immediately
• Ensure all room items are complete, functional, and properly arranged
• Monitor consistency of room standards across all room categories
• Report discrepancies or repeated issues to the supervisor
• Assist in maintaining housekeeping quality control records if required

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Basic communication skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Working Conditions

• 9 hours per shift (including break)
• Rotational shifts required
• 5-day work week / based on operation needs
