Job Responsibilities

• Creator Recruitment: Sourcing, retain, reaching out to, onboarding content creators into a brand's affiliate program.
• Sample Management: Coordinating the delivery of product samples to creators and tracking video or live-stream posting schedules.
• Performance Tracking: Monitoring conversion rates, affiliate revenue, and ROI daily to optimize ongoing campaigns, develop affiliate growth strategies for client accounts
• Relationship Building: Maintaining long-term partnerships with top-performing affiliates to maximize sales during mega shopping events
• Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports

Requirements

• Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with TikTok trends, content strategy, and live-streaming mechanics.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously
• Analytical Skills: The ability to pull and interpret e-commerce data, evaluate ROI, and generate reports.
• Background: Typically requires a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, though fresh graduates are often encouraged to apply.
• Experience Minimum 2 years experience in TikTok affiliate or creator management
• Willing to work at Majulink, TBS (KL)
