Responsulities:

• Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, trades, and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to specification
• Monitoring and maintaining site safety, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect workers and the public
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
• Communicating regularly with the project manager and clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to
• Overseeing the quality of workmanship and materials used on site
• Assisting with the training and development of junior site personnel

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and motivate construction teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with project management software and tools
• A relevant construction-related qualification or certification
