Job Description
MommyHana Creative Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support daily accounting and finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and finance-related tasks
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts
- Record and update financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account checking
- Prepare monthly reports and support closing activities
- Assist with payroll, claims, and staff reimbursement checking
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist superior in ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
- Experience using accounting software is an added advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
