We’re an indie game studio driven by creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas — and we’re looking for a Senior Unreal Game Developer to join us on a project-based contract.

Your Role

You will join the team as a contract developer assigned to an active game project, working closely with designers, artists, and producers throughout development.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop gameplay features and core systems using Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred)
• Implement and refine gameplay mechanics in collaboration with the design team
• Porting to multiple platforms (mobile and console)
• Take ownership of technical solutions within the project scope
• Optimize performance and ensure production-ready implementation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support milestone delivery
• Contribute to clean, maintainable, and scalable code practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the game industry
• Proven experience shipping at least one commercial game
• Strong expertise in Unreal Engine (C++ & Blueprint)
• Solid understanding of gameplay programming and optimization
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, collaborative indie teams
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
• Able to work independently within a project-based setup

Nice to Have

• Console or cross-platform development experience is highly valued
• Experience working on contract or milestone-based productions
• Previous indie studio experience
