A global business services organization specializing in digital operations, AI-enabled transformation, and finance solutions is hiring across multiple roles within its Accounts Payable (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) functions.

The company partners with multinational clients to improve finance operations efficiency, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable, technology-driven solutions across global markets.

OTC + AR Roles

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including collections, cash application, credit management, and dispute/deduction handling. The role involves working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support system enhancements, ensure process compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

PTP Roles

You will act as a subject matter expert within Accounts Payable, driving process improvements, supporting transitions, and ensuring data quality across systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze processes to identify gaps, and contribute to reporting, training, and documentation efforts. The position also involves stakeholder management, supporting digital initiatives (including dashboards and reporting tools), and helping define and meet KPIs and SLAs.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Experience in PTP/AP, OTC/AR or RTR processes depending on role
• Strong knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA preferred) or other ERP systems such as Oracle or Dynamics 365
• Advanced MS Excel and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
