Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity specifically within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
Legal Knowledge: Deep, practical understanding of local Employment Acts, Industrial Relations Acts, and prevailing labor standards.
Industry Compliance: Proven experience dealing with regulatory bodies governing construction personnel and employee management.
Soft Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to speak effectively with senior directors as well as site supervisors.
Adaptability: High resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, project-driven environment.
