MAC ADVISORY SDN BHD, located in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, is a professional outsourced financial advisory company. We collaborate with banks and financial services providers to offer tailored solutions, including debt consolidation, personal loan, SME loan, credit card advice and more. Dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial stability, we prioritize reducing financial stress and promoting effective money management. Our team of experienced financial advisors and support staff operates with professionalism, integrity and a customer-focused approach.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle daily admin and operational tasks
• Update customer cases into system
• Check and organize customer documents
• Follow up with customers for payment and documents
• Prepare daily reporting updates
• Filing and record keeping
• Assist Credit Team and Sales Team in daily operations
• Handle office purchasing for supplies
Qualifications
• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Possess own transportation for occasional outdoor administrative tasks
• Experience in administrative, banking or loan-related industries will be an added advantage
Remuneration
MYR2,500 - MYR2,800
