Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare documents, letters, reports, and presentations
- Maintain proper filing systems and company records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff schedules
- Assist in event coordination and logistics arrangements
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support HR and management with administrative duties
- Handle data entry and ensure records are updated accurately
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments professionally
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
