Responsibilities

Role Description

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company procedures and service standards
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
