YTL Land Hiring! Full Time Front Desk Concierge in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We’re looking for a fun and cheerful person to join us as a Front Desk Concierge!

Responsibilities:-

• Attentive, focused, and confident in responding to face-to-face or call inquiries and resolving difficult situations.
• Provide the best level of courteous and professional care to customers and speak to customers clearly and politely.
• To be well-versed in operations and the floor plan of the shopping mall to ensure accurate information is properly disseminated to customers.
• Be aware of and assist in all events and activities within the shopping mall and promote it to customers when the opportunity arises.
• Assist in promotional activities such as giveaways gifts, redemptions, contests, and follow-through necessary actions.
• Take charge in the light of customer complaints and resolve them.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable with practicing open communication.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
