Responsibilities
1. Data Entry to Sage & General Administrative support for Customer Service Dept.
2. Responsible to identify and correct data entry into Sage.
3. Prepare the shipping documents for daily outgoing shipment to customer.
4. Generate invoices in Sage and submit invoices to customer.
5. Handling the documentation including DO and invoicing filing.
6. Weekly update SOA to Finance.
7. Prepare relevant reports as needed.
8. Ability to plan and manage the resources to cope with the changing demand and requirement.
9. Maintain and efficient processing administrative and billing system within CS Dept.
10. Able to support the superior’s administrative work.
11. Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
