- Handling all sales coordination and daily sales administration duties including processing of quotations, work orders, following up on delivery schedules and customer service according to the standard operation procedures as specified in the management system.

- Responding to enquiries made over the telephone, by e-mail or whatsapp and forwarding these requests to the relevant sales personnel.

- Handling customer complaints through to a satisfactory resolution.

- Formulate and implement effective pricing mechanism.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
