Job Description

Responsibilities

This is not a routine admin role. The role requires high ownership, fast response and close coordination with sales team, suppliers and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years working experience in sales support, vendor coordination, purchasing, procurement, customer service, project coordination or operations support.
  • Experience in corporate gifts, trading, printing, packaging, premium gifts, retail, or corporate's wholesale-based businesswill be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and shared folders.
  • Familiar with basic business documents such as quotation, purchase order, supplier quotation, delivery timeline and invoice request.
  • Strong follow-up skills and able to chase suppliers, vendors and internal team without being reminded.
  • Responsive, alert and able to handle fast-moving project communication.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and careful with pricing, product details, deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Able to coordinate closely with sales team, suppliers, vendors, logistics partners and internal operations team.
  • Able to work under timeline pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Must be responsible, committed and willing to support urgent project matters after working hours when necessary.
  • Possess own transport will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
