Job Descriptions

• Manage and handle all well-being for the assigned department.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise and standard display according to company requirement.
• Able to understand and follow the planogram set by the Company.
• Exercise the knowledge of FIFO and controlling of expired stocks.
• Maintain cleanliness of product and display area in a department.
• Monitor and update list of pricing on shelf for all the stocks in the department.
• Oversee the inventory management for the grocery section, ensuring products are stocked in accordance with demand.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Achieve sales target set by the Company.
• Train staff on product knowledge and display.
• Does daily inventory check and report.
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years experience & knowledge in retailing.
• Possess own transport and willing to be transferred.
• Willing to work extra hours.
• Computer literate knowledge.
• Able to work accordingly to retail hours (shift work), including weekends & public holidays
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skill, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Outlet Location : Klang Valley

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
