Job Scope – Safety Site Supervisor

• Monitor and ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
• Prepare safety reports, toolbox meetings, and incident reports
• Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safety procedures at all times
• Coordinate safety training and site inductions for workers
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and recommend corrective actions
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities regarding safety matters
• Maintain safety documentation and records at site
• Assist in implementing emergency response and evacuation procedures
• Ensure site cleanliness and proper housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
• Valid Yellow Book / Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years working experience in construction or site safety
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and monitor site operations effectively
