What you’ll actually do

• Plan & run digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email marketing etc.)
• Create content yang boleh catch attention on IG, FB, LinkedIn & email
• Build & manage company online presence (make brand nampak alive & kuat)
• Follow up leads via call / WhatsApp / email sampai convert jadi sales
• Work closely with sales team to hit targets & close deals
• Check campaign performance using tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.)
• Do market research + competitor “check” (yes, we spy a bit)
• Support marketing + sales for training programs & events

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year experience (telesales / sales / marketing related)
• Can speak BM + English (confident communication is key)
• Target-driven, motivated, tak cepat give up
• Team player — boleh kerja sama, bukan buat sendiri-sendiri
• Boleh follow instructions & execute sampai habis
• Okay dengan fast-paced environment (sometimes memang laju sikit)
