Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quality baked goods to ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction.
• Oversee daily production and keep records to accurately plan production requirements.
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients (e.g. flour, sugar etc.) and make appropriate orders within budget.
• Guide & motivate any subordinate to work efficiently and improve their work skills/abilities.
• Ensure all products and quality are according to the company standard.
• Assist in fulfill according to Halal requirement and Food Handling rules and regulation for baker team.
• Develop and plan recipes if there are plans for new products.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace stocked with essential supplies
• Be available on call and standby to resolve any urgent problems during emergencies
• Other duties and activities as assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Full time permanent & Malaysian only.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field (bakery industry) is required for this position.
• Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Working hours: 6 days/week and required on duty Sat/Sun/holiday
• Possess own transport
• Work location: Subang Putra Heights, SS2 PJ, Seri Kembangan, Puchong Jaya
