Responsibilities
- Assist in handling full set of accounts and monthly account closing
- Support daily Accounts and administrative matters
- Assist in preparing and monitoring company financial activities (AR & AP)
- Prepare bank reconciliation and account reconciliations
- Assist with general ledger and journal entries
- Liaise with external parties such as tax agents, auditors, and bankers when required
- Ensure financial records and documents are properly maintained and updated
- Track invoices, payments, company purchases, and company assets
- Assist in preparing accurate financial information and reports
Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
