Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC / Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of HVAC systems and general building facilities in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely, in compliance with local regulations. This role requires hands-on experience in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works, as well as the ability to travel for outstation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair works for HVAC systems and building facilities including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in equipment such as air-conditioning systems (split units, AHU, FCU), lighting, pumps, and basic mechanical systems.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure all HVAC and building systems are in good working condition.
• Attend to breakdowns, emergency repairs, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor and record maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance works.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Assist in installation, upgrading, and modification of HVAC and building systems when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of tools, equipment, and work areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC or building maintenance.
• Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems and electrical works.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and general building maintenance is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime and travel outstation as needed.
• Project supervision experience is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
