- Assist HOD & Director in Marco & Micro Management of marketing department.

- Able to lead in pre-qualification exercise to tender participation
- Lead/supporting the department on sales and marketing activities
- Writing reports, meeting minutes, business proposals and
perform research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Compilation of feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to develop referral and sales
- Lead in proposal management, complying to requirements, budget and timeline in meeting client’s objective.
- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales.
Collaborating with sales and inter-departmental teams to ensure requirements are met, such as proposal requirement, sales target and profit goals
- Maintaining a strong understanding of current products /services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
- Negotiation pricing with clients and supplier in some cases.
- Carry out sales forecast and analysis and present findings to superior/ senior management
- Team player to the SIC proposal team.
- Comply to department SOP and company Integrated Management System (ISO9001 / ISO37001 / ISO45001 / ISO14001)
Education & Experience:
Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role (Minimum 10 years of experience)
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Sales & marketing / related field
- Experience in Sales & Marketing / related field
- Ability to manage complex project & multi task
Skill & Knowledge:
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management & organization skills
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients Good Negotiation skills.
