Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in daily forwarding operational activities.
• Monitor import & export customs clearance processes.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations and permits (K1/K2/K3/K8/K9, ATA Carnet, ZB).
• Ensure accurate documentation and EDI submissions.
• Handle shipment documentation and operational coordination.
• Assist customers with customs and shipment enquiries.
• Support HS Code classification for import/export cargo.
• Ensure completed shipment billing is submitted to Finance.
• Prepare operational reports and summaries.
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Authority / Decision-Making

• Submit customs declarations and permits.
• Coordinate with customs authorities and related parties.
• Verify shipment documents before submission.
• Follow up on shipment and operational matters.
• Escalate customs or operational issues to management.

RequirementsEducation

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years experience in forwarding or logistics operations.
• Experience in customs clearance and shipping documentation.

Skills

• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Familiar with EDI systems and forwarding documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and time management.

Competencies

• Customer service oriented.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.

Language

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an added advantage for customer communication.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
