Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities / Job Scope:
- Handle and organize company documentation such as filing, sorting, and updating records (file in, file up, etc.).
- Manage and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Reply to customers’ inquiries on online platforms (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Handle return and refund orders for online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tik Tok Shop.
- Perform payment cut off and update customer payments in the AutoCount system.
- Upload and update product information, including product photos, descriptions, and pricing on online platforms.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents.
- Operate and monitor the company’s AutoCount system (training will be provided).
- Support ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
- Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in administration, e-commerce, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Candidates familiar with AutoCount system will be given priority.
Added Advantage:
- Familiar with online selling platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems or tasks.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
