Job Description

• Design and develop user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for business and consumer products.
• Create responsive front-end designs and ensure good performance standards.
• Apply design thinking to improve user experience and interface usability.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviour and needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, and sitemaps to present design concepts.
• Analyse feedback and usability data to improve UI/UX performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Growth teams to solve user pain points.
• Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all platforms.
• Communicate and present design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Participate in design sprints and continuously improve designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and design trends.
• Familiar with Figma, Jira, and Confluence; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Experience working closely with software engineers in agile product teams, including participation in sprint ceremonies.
• Proficiency in translating Figma prototypes into functional front-end interfaces with responsive behavior.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and front-end performance optimization principles.
• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile design workflows.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user research, and usability testing methods.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain design rationale effectively.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates adaptability, creativity, and a user-first mindset in all design decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
