Create, update, and optimize planograms to ensure proper product placement, visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards, while maintaining guidelines and adjusting supplier plans as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update planograms for all product categories in line with company guidelines.
• Optimize product placement and shelf space based on quantity product and category priorities.
• Design and maintain planograms for all categories, ensuring optimal product visibility, flow, and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Develop and document planogram guidelines, implementation manuals, and visual merchandising standard.
• Review planograms provided by suppliers and make necessary adjustments if they do not align with the display requirements Ad-hoc job responsibilities assigned by HOD.
• Responsible in the space planning display.
• Maintain and implement planograms across all outlet.
• Ensure all planogram categories are consistently updated and kept current at all times.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Data Analytics, or any related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in space planning, merchandising, retail operations, or category management.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and layout-design skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Abilities

• Preferably experienced with Space Planning software (Spaceman) and layout design tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with all colleagues.
• Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
