Job Description:

· Execute daily production operations in accordance with process standards and production plans

· Assign and coordinate tasks for team members to ensure smooth production flow

· Monitor production processes, discipline, and product quality

· Identify, resolve, and report production and on-site issues

· Support production safety and 6S implementation

· Handle Execution Management System (EMS) data entry and prepare shift production reports

· Train and guide team members on operational procedures and safety standards

· Oversee equipment maintenance and inspections

· Monitor team attendance and manage supplies

· Assist in product quality analysis and improvement actions

Job Requirement:

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

· Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification

· Candidates with leadership experience will have an advantage

· Willing to work 6 days per week

· Able to commit to 12-hour shift work (Fixed OT)

· Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
