About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) space.
This role combines technical expertise and client engagement, where you will work closely with customers to design and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in BMS / EMS / HVAC solutions
- Engage clients to understand technical requirements and propose customized solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Work closely with internal engineering teams to support solution design and implementation
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales
- Exposure to BMS, EMS, HVAC, or Building Automation systems is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to clients confidently
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel for client meetings
