Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new markets, products, and services to expand business portfolio.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and strategic alliances.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Set and achieve revenue targets for the business development team.
- Track and report on business development KPIs to senior management.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to achieve objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and innovation.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Provide insights for product development and pricing strategies.
