Employment Details:

• Location: Menara Southpoint
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Duration: 6 Month Contract (1 month probation)
• Basic salary: RM2,500
• Start Date: Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for locker installations.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments to ensure suitability (space, accessibility, utilities, safety).
• Prepare and submit site proposals for management approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams, landlords, legal representatives, and contractors throughout the approval and installation process.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates (Bill of Quantities) with contractors.
• Prepare Letters of Offer (LOO) and support tenancy or license agreement documentation.
• Monitor progress and ensure smooth execution of site approvals and installations.

Job Requirements

• Experience in site coordination, property leasing, business development, or related field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tenancy or license agreements is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel to different locations for site assessments.
• Must possess own transportation.

Pay: RM2,499.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
