Production Operations

• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and output achievement.
• Monitor production schedules and follow up on work progress.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower according to operational requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in solving daily operational and production issues.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety practices are maintained within the production area.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound container schedules.
• Monitor stock movement and warehouse arrangement.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules.
• Ensure timely unloading and processing of incoming goods.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily / weekly operational reports.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and manpower utilization.
• Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
• Assist management in implementing operational improvements and SOPs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years working experience in production, warehouse, or operations environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, recycling, garment, textile, or warehouse industry is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced operational environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 (depending on experience)
