Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
Monitor material receiving activities and ensure records are updated accurately according to Delivery Orders (DO).
Ensure proper stock arrangement, inventory accuracy, and FIFO practices in the warehouse.
Prepare and verify goods according to requests and supporting documents.
Monitor goods movement, stock balance, and warehouse reports.
Handle returned goods, damaged goods, and warranty records with proper follow-up action.
Conduct monthly stock checking and half yearly stock take activities.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
Lead and coordinate warehouse assistants/operators to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and warehouse standards.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic/Transportation/Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse operations or related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
Malaysian Citizen.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & computer literate.
Able to read and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
Pay: RM1,708.81 - RM2,800.00 per month
