Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and billing documents.
• Key in billing, customer, and basic accounting data into the system.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks and monthly reports.
• Maintain filing and billing records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales departments.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum STPM qualification.
• Basic computer and accounting knowledge.
• Experience in billing/admin is an advantage.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
