What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking cold dishes such as salads, cold appetizers, and cold desserts
• Ensuring all dishes meet the company's high standards for taste, appearance, and portion control
• Maintaining a clean and organised work station and adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assisting with the preparation of hot dishes as needed
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative menu items
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer inquiries or requests

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or in a similar role
• Formal culinary training or certification, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for creating delicious and visually appealing cold dishes

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
