Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Assist in the negotiations with prospective tenant on rental units, follow up on signing of tenancy /licence agreements and ensuring that it properly documented, signed and well kept.
  • Assist in preparation of Tenancy / Licence Agreement.
  • Liaise with existing tenants for rental payments, renewal of tenancy, refund of deposits, email invoice to respective tenants and attend & correspond to other issues from time to time.
  • To follow up, manage and monitor payment collection and assist on bi-monthly rental report preparation.
  • Update the Ifca system to ensure all the data are up-to-date and print receipt upon receiving of payment.
  • Liaise with suppliers on the maintenance work of the rental units till the completion of job.
  • To assist in pre-vacant possession process
  • To assist in arranging of dispatch of documents, photocopy/binding/filing of documents.
  • Safe keeping of the rental units keys and follow up accordingly
  • To perform general and administrative duties.
  • Ensure proper filling and cross filling of documents.
  • Flexibly undertake additional duties as required by management.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in Property industry.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience on Ifca System is a plus.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • A team player with self-discipline, meticulousness, excellent time management and capability to work independently with integrity.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
