A2 AUTOMATION SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our growing ELV and ICT infrastructure business. This role plays an important part in managing tender submissions, proposal preparation, and project coordination for technology infrastructure solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, proposals, and quotations in accordance with customer requirements and tender specifications
• Manage end-to-end tender and bid submission processes
• Handle tenders related to ICT infrastructure solutions including:
• Network & structured cabling
• Server & storage solutions
• Security systems
• Data centre infrastructure
• IT services & maintenance
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of proposals within deadlines
• Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and project teams for proposal development
• Prepare accurate documentation including company profiles, project references, compliance documents, authorizations, and supporting materials
• Monitor tender progress and provide updates to management
• Maintain and consolidate monthly tender statistics and reports
• Lead and coordinate tender activities to ensure successful submission outcomes

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tendering, proposal management, or ICT infrastructure projects
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure solutions including networking, servers, storage, security, and IT services
• Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
• Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
