Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our offline expansion through pop-up booths. The role covers location scouting, promoter management, and ensuring booth profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly booth sales targets and maintain positive ROI
  • Identify and secure high-traffic venues (malls, events, roadshows)
  • Negotiate rental terms and manage booth logistics (setup, stock, transport)
  • Recruit, train, and coach promoters with clear sales goals
  • Develop simple selling scripts and bundle strategies to boost sales
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize booth displays
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales, costs, and booth performance

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG, retail, or event sales
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate field sales teams
  • Strong negotiation skills with venue organizers
  • Comfortable with numbers (ROI, cost control, sales tracking)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
