Position: Service Advisor
Language Requirement: Mandarin + Cantonese
Location: George Town / Livingston
Working Hours:
Mon – Sun: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
(Morning & Afternoon Shift | 5 working days, 2 days off)

Salary & Benefits

• Malaysian Package: RM4,000 – RM4,500
• Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to RM700
• 13th Month Salary

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service support.
• Assist customers with service-related requests and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting service KPIs.
• Support daily operational and customer service activities.

Requirements

• Candidate must be able to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Prior customer service or service advisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong language proficiency may also apply.
