• Maintain organized records of all leads
• Support marketing and sales activities
• Build good relationships with customers
• Reply to WhatsApp & website enquiries
• Answer incoming customer calls
• Key in customer details into
• CRM system
• Follow up lead status
• Coordinate with sales team for follow up
• Ensure no customer enquiry is missed
• Update daily lead report

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
